A New Chapter Begins in Local 318 Local 318 proudly launched the Working Women’s Committee in Orlando, FL on June 9–11, 2026. A powerful step toward strengthening women’s voices, leadership, and unity across our union. Special “THANKS!!” and shout out to our Sisters who assisted and guided our committee during its early stages of development.

As we celebrate the 250th year of America’s Independence, Local 318 proudly honors the strength, resilience, and unity that define both our nation and our craft. This Fourth of July, we recognize the essential role Mail Handlers play in serving our communities and upholding the values of dedication and public service that have carried our country forward for generations.

Local 318 Headquarters
On March 17–19, 2026, the Local 318 Executive Board conducted the 2026 Branch Presidents Orientation & Officers Swearing-In Ceremony in Orlando, Florida. The newly elected Local 318 Council received comprehensive training as they prepare for their duties and responsibilities as leaders of the organization. Officers from National Headquarters stopped by to speak with the 318 Council.
